I Still Can't Believe It Happened

A few months ago, this was just an empty basement.
Just walls, a floor, a ceiling, and a dream that felt much bigger than the space itself.

Little by little, with the help of my husband, family, friends, talented tradespeople, and lots of late nights, that empty basement started becoming something real.
And on June 13, I finally opened the doors.

Honestly, I was nervous.
I kept wondering:
Will people come? Will they like it? Will everything go as planned?
But the moment the first guests arrived, all those worries disappeared.

People explored the studio, made their own initial pendants, tried jewelry tools, signed up for workshops, browsed handmade jewelry, and filled the space with conversation, laughter, and so much positive energy. The whole day flew by faster than I could have imagined.

One of my favourite moments was watching people create something with their own hands. Some had never held jewelry tools before, yet they left with something they made themselves. That made me so happy.

This studio was never meant to be just a place to make jewelry.

I wanted to create a space where people could slow down, be creative, learn something new, and enjoy making things with their hands.

Seeing that happen on opening day felt incredibly special.
Thank you to everyone who came, supported me, shared kind words, brought flowers, helped behind the scenes, signed up for workshops, or simply believed in this dream.
You made this day unforgettable.
And this is only the beginning.Â
P.S. If you visited the studio, I'd love to know which part you liked best. And if you couldn't make it this time, I hope to see you at a workshop soon.
