Shipping (Canada & USA)
All our orders are shipped from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
Processing time:
Ready-to-ship items: 2–4 business days
Custom-made orders: 5–14 business days
We do not ship on weekends or Canadian holidays.
Carriers Used:
Canada: Canada Post or Chit Chat's Tracked Mail
USA: USPS via Chit Chats (delivered through the US domestic postal system)
Cost: Tracked expedited shipping within Canada costs $15–$20, depending on your location. Free Shipping Across Canada on Orders Over $150 CAD | USA Shipping Only $10 CAD
Shipping Estimates:
Canada & USA: 5–10 business days (after processing)
International: 2–6 weeks, depending on customs and local service
Tracking:
All domestic packages are sent with tracking
International orders may or may not include tracking, depending on the destination
International Shipping & Customs
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
We handle all export documents and declarations; however, buyers are responsible for verifying local customs regulations before placing their order.
In the event of a delay or failed delivery caused by customs, we cannot accept responsibility once the item has left our facility.
Customs delays, weather conditions, and postal strikes may impact delivery.
