Workshop Attendance & Cancellation
- All classes are non-refundable. Please make sure your schedule allows you to attend before booking.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
- No-shows: payment is non-refundable.
Jewelry Returns & Exchanges
Eligible Items:

Unworn jewelry: Eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase.

Items must be returned in unused condition and original packaging.
Sizing Adjustments:

Rings & Anklets ordered in the wrong size can be resized for a small fee.
Please get in touch with us before ordering if you are unsure—ring sizers available upon request.

Initiating a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order:

Shipping & Processing

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit code will be emailed to you.
