Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to make your shopping experience seamless and satisfying. Please review our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and store credit.

Workshop Attendance & Cancellation

  • All classes are non-refundable. Please make sure your schedule allows you to attend before booking.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
  • No-shows: payment is non-refundable.

 Jewelry Returns & Exchanges

Eligible Items:

  • Unworn jewelry: Eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase.

  • Items must be returned in unused condition and original packaging.

Sizing Adjustments:

  • Rings & Anklets ordered in the wrong size can be resized for a small fee.
    Please get in touch with us before ordering if you are unsure—ring sizers available upon request.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom-made, clearance, and personalized items

 Initiating a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order:

Please include your order number and the reason for the return.


Shipping & Processing

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit code will be emailed to you.

  • Order cancellations are subject to a $20 processing fee.

  • We do not offer refunds.
