What is not included:

• Jewelry exposed to hot tubs, swimming pools, salt water, or intense physical activities.

• Ring resizing or other custom modifications.

• Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale.

How to request a repair:

Email us with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.

Please do not attempt to repair the piece yourself or take it to another jeweller, as this will void the warranty.
