What’s covered: Broken chains or clasps – we’ll fix them
for free. Loose or missing stones – we’ll re-set them at no cost. Routine
cleaning – to keep your jewelry looking beautiful.

What’s not covered: Damage from accidents or misuse, jewelry
worn in hot tubs, pools, salt water, or during heavy workouts, size adjustments
or custom modifications, clearance or final-sale items.

How it works: Just Email Us with a clear photo of the
issue and your order number.

Please don’t try to repair it yourself
or have it repaired by another jeweller, as this will void the warranty.
